We, the undersigned Customer and Representative of Contractor do hereby certify that:
The project has been fully completed in accordance with provisions of the Contract and Section A of this form. Customer is satisfied with all work completed by Contractor. The acceptance of the project shall not be deemed to relieve the contractor of its obligations contained in the Contract or warranty certificate with respect to defective workmanship discovered within 2 years of the date of completion stated herein.
Contractor affirms that payment in full has been made to all persons or companies who have furnished labor for the project. All materials suppliers and subcontractors who furnished services or materials in the performance of the Contract have been paid in full. All workmanship and manufacturers warranties will be activated upon receipt of payment in full by Customer to Contractor. Upon request, Contractor agrees to mail any and all manufacturers' warranties to Customer.
